…. well sort of. Not the 20cm predicted, but we had our ‘proper’ snowfall last night. About 5cm fell, plenty for 3 year olds to get excited about!!
We had had odd bits over the weekend, that didn’t really even cover the grass, as the rest of the country seemed to have come to a standstill. I was very disappointed, until I pulled back the curtains this morning. (So excited, I went out in pyjamas and fetching new wellies!!)
We went to both our tots groups today, cruching through fresh snow to get to this mornings group and squelching through slush this afternoon. When we got back about 4pm, we rushed out to try and build a snowman before it got dark – we just managed. Niblet has decided our snowman is called ‘Harold’, he also thought the plant pot would make a fetching hat.
We are still getting lots of lovely birds in to the garden, despite the snow. Perhaps because we feed them!! There has only been the solitary Goldfinch though, not the 9 we had at one sitting!!

I have recently become aware of adverts appearing at the bottom of my posts. These are nothing to do with me, I don’t know why they are there or indeed how to get rid of them. I apologise.
